• Assisting in engineering review of detailed design for OIL& GAS terminal and facilities provided by EPC contractors on behalf of the OWNER of the facilities. Undertaking of technical studies, validation of design modification and construction methodologies and technologies. Preparation of the study report with assessment of the results, Providing advisory services about feasibility and improvement of any undergoing constructions of plants and facilities. 
• Expediting preparation of technical tender for EPC contracts for execution of OIL& GAS plants, technical review of the Bidder’s proposal, response to technical queries from Bidders for and on behalf of the OWNER of the facilities. 
• Facilitating hazardous operation study (HAZAD; HAZOP) of new and refurbished facilities, participating in risk assessment and integrity studies.
